These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Manawa Terminal platform and related services ("Services") operated by Manawa Technologies ("Manawa", "we", "our", or "us"). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
You may register using Google OAuth. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials, API keys, and access tokens. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.
Subscriptions renew automatically each billing period. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.
You agree not to:
API keys are tied to your account and subject to the rate limits of your subscription plan. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your API keys. We reserve the right to revoke API keys that violate these Terms.
You may connect the Services to third-party AI assistants through our MCP connector. You are responsible for activity performed through any assistant you authorize, and for the terms and privacy practices of that assistant. Authorization can be revoked at any time from your account settings. Data returned through the connector remains subject to the restrictions in section 4, including the prohibition on redistribution and resale.
Manawa Terminal is not a financial advisor. All financial data, analysis, and AI-generated content provided through our Services is for informational purposes only and does not constitute investment advice, financial advice, trading advice, or any other kind of professional advice.
Market data is sourced from third-party providers and may be delayed. We make no representations regarding the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any data. You should not make investment decisions based solely on information from our platform.
Our Services, including all software, content, and branding, are owned by Manawa Technologies and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from our Services without prior written consent.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MANAWA SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.
Our total liability for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications that temporarily affect service availability. We are not liable for any downtime or service interruptions.
We may suspend or terminate your access to our Services at any time for violation of these Terms, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases immediately.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through the platform. Continued use of our Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Delaware.
